岗位职责：
1.Monitor forum, answer user questions, handle user issues or problems raised in forum, create work order or ticket, and help problems fixed or issues settled down.
2.Analysis and handle problems on second layer platform.
3.PaaS Platform Operation Service.
4.PaaS Platform Environment operation and upgrade.
5.Work out operation processes and approval chains of the service.
6.Team management.
任职要求：
1.Skills in web-development.
2.Enjoy problem determination and like helping users solve technical problems.
3.Skills in NoSQL, runtime, database, mobile, or Node.js.
4.Good knowledge of cloud computing, database (MySQL/DB2).
5.Good development experience of Java, JS, Mobile, or cloud computing.
6.Familiar with Linux/Unix services, installations, configurations, security, trouble shooting, and log analysis.
7.Strong shell or python skills preferred.
8.Good experience on network and firewall for 5-10 years with bachelor degree
9.Good English listening, speaking, reading and writing skills
10.Ability to learn quickly, and work under pressure.
