This position is responsible to Implement process measurement/revision and the quality strategy/framework to embed quality as a way of working. Lead initiatives to improve processes and enhance overall R&D work. He/she will work cross-functionally with development teams while being responsible for quality metrics, audits and corrective/preventive action process. Responsibilities: Measure, monitor and revision the existing process. Initiate and implement process, quality, and documentation improvement projects Drive continuous improvement by recommendations on the effectiveness and efficiency of processes and controls and ensure associates are in compliance to established process. Conduct internal process auditing based on an annual plan and summarize findings for continuous improvement to management. Coach/train team members for process execution and enhancement. Drive internal continuous improvement program. Prepare reports to management on non-compliance and recommended action plans. Provide effective communication regarding status, risks, metrics, issues, objectives, initiatives and performance to plan on a periodic basis. Deploy software development/testing processes, practices and operations and create as needed to ensure repeatable development and high quality
