Job Responsibilities: 
1.Maintain and expanding relationsships with existing customers ; 
2.Develop new customers by defining potential customers and executing business 
plan ; 
3.Using an exsiting network of industry contacts to generate new business; 
4.Gain deep understanding of customer needs / strategy, market trend and 
competitors activities to develop business in target segments and customers; 
5.Forecast and prepare annual sales plan and budget, and ensure excellent 
execution. 

Qualifications 
1.At least 5 years experience in sales,slaes with a network of cosmetic 
induatry is a must.
2.Sales expeirnce in plastic cosmetic packaging is a preference; 
3.Fluent in English is a MUST, Japanese speaking is preferred; 
4.Good communication skill, strong desire to understand & serve customer
