岗位职责：
1、设计委托的组织、设计合同确认及设计质量的把关工作
2、负责组织对设计单位的推荐、考察、筛选等工作
3、领导设计部开展市场调查、技术交流
4、负责公司土地招投标方案的委托及效果把控
5、负责解决项目施工过程中出现的有关问题并对解决问题的办法或方案进行判断
6、对建筑、装修、园林等技术问题进行审核，对部门对外发文进行检查并签字负责
7、配合招标中心开展招标工作，组织编写技术方案、考察厂家、技术标评定等


岗位要求：
1、建筑学本科以上学历，10年以上工作经验
2、2年以上大型施工企业或大型房地产公司同等岗位经历，有超高层商业、酒店、写字楼技术管理成功案例 
3、具有较强的组织能力，工作作风扎实，敬业精神强
