1. Lead and support molding package material development for flexible container for medical products. 

2. Lead mold approval; 

3. Support molding components related manufacturing process development and customer issues. 

4. Support container design and change control process with global and local cross functional teams.5. Draft study protocols, execute and issue reports. 

6. Support marketing, government affairs and regulatory affairs with medical packaging expertise

1. 5-year or above experience in plastic molding process development;

2. Plastic material and processing experience. Good understanding of process-material relationships. 

3. Knowledge on Mold-flow analysis, CAD tool, etc. is a plus 

4. Extrusion technology is a plus. 

5. Medical or food packaging experience is preferred.

6. Knowledge on 6-sigma and statistical tools is a plus 

7. Be able to work independently as well as with a global team of cross-functions.
