岗位职责:
1. Mastermind & organize the sales & profitable strategy by channel to achieve the budget. 根据公司的经营方针及销售利润目标,分渠道拟定所辖销售区域及部门达到销售利润目标的营销策略,并组织实施。 2. Push the execution & promotion to be implemented by ME teams according to the POS from DC. 与渠道执行部共同推动DC渠道部制定的成功图像及各类促销活动的执行。 3. Give a suggestion on the product retailing price for various channel base on the channel’s business characteristic. 根据各渠道的经营特点,建议渠道的产品销售价格。 4. Visit market to find the business opportunities of various channel, then work out a execution plan with a clear target.通过市场走访,挖掘渠道的生意机会,并制定有针对性的业务执行计划 5. Monitor & analyze the competitor’s activities, then make the strategy flexibly.监控和分析市场竞争对手的活动,并根据需要作恰当的改变。 6. Set up then keep a closely relationship with the key or potential accounts, get the comments of the product & service from them. 与重点客户及潜在客户建立并保持密切的工作关系,听取对公司产品和销售服务质量的意见。 7. Supervise, director, training & assess the performance of the subsidiary, help them to improve their ability & professional capability. 监查、督导、培训、考核下属工作,针对其工作中的不足及时帮助改进,提高其专业技能。 8. Grasp the market change timely, strengthen the merchandising, tracking the placement & management of cooler. 及时了解掌握市场信息,强化商品生动化措施,监督公司冷饮设备的投放使用情况。 9. Follow up the channel manager & area manager to improve their management skill.及时跟进各渠道经理及区域经理/营业所经理的管理,提高其管理水平。
