Responsible for operation as well as marketing of all existing hospitals and clinics.
· Work with other Group executives to develop operational strategies and translate them into executable goals for all hospitals & clinics.
·Working closely with the Director of Finance - PRC, establish budgets and monitor the cost and effectiveness of operation activities to optimize resources and, prioritize spending.
·Enhance and support all hospitals and clinics in developing and implementing plans for the operational infrastructure of systems, processes, and personnel designed to accommodate the objectives of the organization.
·Lead all hospitals and clinics management team to drive the business and meet targets and ensure patient satisfaction.

·In-depth working knowledge of China medical service industry and relevant policies.
15+ years of experience in hospital/clinic environment, with at least 8 years in senior position in multiple hospital management role.
·Hands-on operation experience managing hospital/clinic and its medical staff.
·Flexible to business changing environment and able to handle stress in emergence on patient care or business situation.
·Know the proper procedures of licensing approval.
· Familiar with China medical tax law and able to work closely with the Director of Finance - PRC on such issues.
· Experience with joint-venture environment is preferred.
· Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, can deal comfortably with both senior executives and direct reports.
· Proven leadership and management skills, together with a strong entrepreneurial spirit and drive essential.· Excellent negotiating and organizational skills.
· M&A experience is a plus.
· Bachelor’s Degree, degree in Medical (China) or Business (MBA) is a plus.
· Be able to communicate in English in working routine.
